The Atlanta rapper still can get more features frome peers. The Weeknd is up for a new project titled THE IDOL VOL. 1 and Future will possibly assist the project.

While you can check out Future’s 2023 songs and features, a compilation of his 2023 latest songs, it’s also clear that more songs will be coming from his end. However, The Weeknd has sent fans into frenzy after teasing some songs yesterday on Instagram.

From an Instagram post shared by complexmusic, the Blinding Light singer teased new songs and listening to one of them, and then you will hear the voice of Future. Though this was coming before he announced his new project, “THE IDOL Vol. 1.” It’s no suprise that both parties are prepping for a fresh hit once again. All the same times are showing fans how collaborative they are to each other.

When the above Instagram post surfaced online, many weren’t sure if the collaboration would happen. Now, The Weenkd has announced a new project, showing the possibility of being inside the studio with Future. Lately, he took to his Twitter account and declared THE IDOL VOL. 1 is dropping soon.

This is quite interesting because The Weeknd is keeping his music front more consistent. Last year, he released DAWN FM, a star-studded album featuring cool hits. The Weeknd and Future first worked together as guests on the 2015 song ‘Drinks on Us’ by producer Mike Will Made It from his album ‘Ransom’, which also featured Swae Lee.

Meanwhile, the new project in question has no releasing date yet. But rest assured that this project will definitely hit streaming platforms sometime this year.

Earlier this year, The Weeknd and Ariana Grande shared the remix of Die For You. That was one of the collaborations he joined since this year. Aswehiphop has not begun The Weeknd 2023 songs and features compilation. You all should also expect it soon.
