After receiving court documents pertaining to Diddy trademark infringement lawsuit while out at a nightclub, Yung Miami went on an outburst.
The rapper City Girls was allegedly served papers in Houston, and someone captured the scene on camera.

The Caresha Please actress was not pleased to be served in public, especially as she was also listed in a separate sexual assault complaint against her former lover, the founder of Bad Boy Records.

After saying, “Over some merchandise I DONT SELL,” she addressed a sceptic by saying, “Hoe STFU that’s yall problem yall always think somebody gotta lie goofy bitch!”

Charlie Cee, whose real name is Charles Kenyatta Jr., sued Diddy earlier this year for using the term “Act Bad” as the title of his 2023 song. Cee is suing for $10 million for contract violations and trademark infringement.
As of November 23, 2021, Kenyatta Jr. submitted the wordmark for “Act Bad,” according to confirmation from the US Patent & Trademark Office. As a wordmark, “Act Bad” is active and registered, but “Act Bad Entertainment,” which Kenyatta Jr. filed to own as of September 18, 2021, is still pending and awaiting review by a USPTO official.
