This years Billboard Awards was so different from the previous ones due to the fact that Billboard at some point found it difficult to make the decision on the person that will secure the no.1 spot in some categories, moreover,the Billboard Awards Winners 2023 were selected after so many debates.

Most especially, in that of selecting the Best Rap Album of the year, Billboard  really found it very difficult to make some certain decisions, not until  Lil Uzi Vert, Doja Cat, and Drake dropped new projects which helped in reducing the pressure of picking  the best among all.

Moreover, the conclusion  were later made and today being the November 19, the Billboard Awards has releases a complete list, to remind musicians, producers, and fans of the people  who dominated at different categories throughout the year 2023.
