The new song “Work This Out,” which is available now, features DJ Premier and Russ reunited.

Later this year, Preemo’s album is anticipated to release, and the R&B song is scheduled to include on it. Following ‘Inside Job’ from 2021 and ‘Free’ from 2022, this is the pair’s third joint project.

They go in a completely different direction with “Work This Out,” but the outcome is fantastic, whereas the prior two were more boom bap in nature.

“We recorded ‘Inside Job’ when Russ told me he wanted to spit bars back when he was recording Chomp.” “I told him I wanted to make a record relative to his fan base after we swapped records. Carlos Homs, my pianist, played me the piano riff, and I put the bass and drums together. We took this video the night before Russ departed for his tour, while he was getting ready to go. Everything about the magic worked perfectly.” DJ Premier recurred

Meanwhile, this is clearly  a very great project by DJ Premier and Russ just as they always deliver in their individual music. Fans have also applauded them to the incredible music project that they just released which is perfectly what they want to be listening to at this moment.
