Soulja Boy ex-partner, who accused him of sexual abuse in her lawsuit amd she has been awarded $10 million in damages.

The rapper’s ex-girlfriend filed an anonymous lawsuit against the “Crank That” rapper in 2021, alleging mental distress, sexual assault, and abuse.

The Blast reports that Soulja Boy, whose actual name is DeAndre Way, has been ordered to pay $10 million to a woman only named as Jane Doe. The amount includes $5 million for emotional distress and $5 million for pain, suffering, and annoyance.

The woman accused Soulja Boy of several things in the lawsuit, including beating her so badly that she miscarried their kid.

The lawsuit stated that “during their conversation, Way started punching (Doe) in the face and chest, until she was unable to stand on her feet.” Following that, Doe experienced a miscarriage and was unable to bring her pregnancy to term.

From 2007 to 2019, the woman claimed to have had an intermittent relationship with the rapper. She then claims to have broken up with him due to what she describes as “constant abuse.”

“It took her years to escape the psychological and physical grasp of her abuser,” her attorney Neama Rahmani told USA TODAY.

Soulja Boy has not yet commented on the lawsuit’s verdict.
A former personal assistant of the rapper sued him in the past for allegedly raping her multiple times.
Through a spokesman, Soulja Boy refuted the allegations, saying, “He wouldn’t hit a lady or put his hands on a woman. This is absurd.
