Trouble has come knocking at Mozzy’s doorstep on July 1st as he was detained for questioning by the Wichita police. The arrest came after a series of gunshots were fired at the City Nighty Club. This was hours after Mozzy performed and the proximity of the club is within his performance venue.

In footage that serves as evidence, a series of shots were fired and splashes of blood were seen plastered around the street.

However, witnesses say that the victims of the unfortunate accident ranged from age 21-34. Five of the victims were admitted to the hospital and two were reported to have suffered terrible injuries as a result of the stampede.

Furthermore, a video of the rapper being arrested was released. Handcuffed, Mozzy was driven off for questioning but later released without charge made

Unfortunately, one of his bodyguards is suspected to be one of the shooters and is still in police custody. The police, however, believe that there might be other shooters but none have been apprehended yet.

Chief Joe Sullivan, an officer at a conference held on Sunday said“Alcohol and firearms do not mix,” he added, “There is going to be an extensive investigation and we are going to find out how firearms got into this club and who is responsible for bringing them in there.”

Mozzy was just released from prison two months ago after being arrested for a federal gun case.
