Ja Rule Cleared in $100 million Fyre Festival lawsuit

Hopefully Ja Rule truly believe he is getting off the hook of $100 million after judge dismissed the appeal of the $100 M class action lawsuit filed against the rapper (whose legal name is Jeffrey Atkins) by Fyre Festival attendees, Complex reports.

Ja didn’t live with desperation since the appeal has been initially dismissed. Now in the recent week, another judge had ruled that Ja Rule was ignorant of the festival’s misconduct—and thus not liable for it, but the plaintiffs had filed an appeal. The lawsuit against Fyre Festival co-founder Billy McFarland and others involved in the ill-fated festival will continue without Ja Rule as a defendant.

“This ruling is nothing short of a total vindication of Mr. Atkins,” Ja Rule’s lawyer told Complex. (Thefader).

At least he will continue his luxury freedom and has escaped 50 Cent advantage.
