Dr. Dre Malibu Mansion has been one of his possessions for over twenty years now and he has reviewed that he is putting it up for sale.

This was confirm by The New York Post after that Legendary producer reviewed that he wants to move on from his multi-million dollar mansion in Malibu.

Meanwhile the house which is a 9,000-square-foot mansion with six bedrooms, seven-bathrooms has is up for a $20m and their has not been any transactions yet.

Dr. Dre Malibu Mansion’s location is at the Pacific Coast Highway and that was obtain by him in that year 2000 at the cost of $4.8m, and now the value has increase and according to the Westside Estate Agency’s Kurt Rappaport, it’s now $20m.

Their are some amenities that can be in the property, this properties includes “spa-like bath,” sauna, gym, and full-blown recording studio, all this makes it more interesting to acquire.

The occupant of this mansion for so times now is his wife Nicole Young, his wife is the person living their over the year of their divorce and that make Dr. Dre “forking out over $100 million, partially ensuring Dre could hold on to their real estate properties”

The property is actually a beach house following the pictures that was release online, following some descriptions, it’s an “exuding total luxury and sophistication that includes panoramic views of the ocean”

Meanwhile their are some people who show interest on the property lately but there is no transactions yet, Dr. Dre is not actually that first rapper who has put his property up for sale.
