CAMILA CABELLO AND PLAYBOI CARTI NEW SINGLE “I LUV IT”

The eagerly awaited new Gucci Mane sampling song “I LUV IT” by Camila Cabello has been remixed by  Playboi Carti.

The popular singer included a sample of Gucci’s iconic song “Lemonade” in the song’s post-chorus. The song “Cockiness (Love It)” by Rihanna is also inserted into the song.

Slurring syllables together in a way that only he can, Playboi Carti gives a mealy-mouthed guest verse.

“Oh, you on the road now?/” he raps. Oh, you’ve grown since then? Well, you’ve grown up too. You’re trying to take it slow by yourself. All this novocaine has made them numb to the medications.

Before Camila and meet in a convenience shop, the accompanying film shows her losing a wrestling match, eating chocolate, getting chased by a dog, and more.

Regarding the inspiration for the song, Cabello released a comment. “There are certain things in our human realm that do make me feel like I’m in space, and the very rare few times where I’ve had incredible chemistry with someone is one of them.”

The emotional drama between you and that individual, along with the pandemonium, butterflies, nervousness, and passion, are all components of that cocktail, she continued. “I love it, but it’s also unsustainable, not peaceful, and exhausting.”

Carti posted a FaceTime screenshot that he had apparently received from Cabello near the end of 2023. Her face is visible in the front-facing camera taken as she is on the phone with the rapper, whose true name is “Jordan.”

The two didn’t appear to be concerned about keeping their relationship a secret, despite the fact that they didn’t discuss its details in public.
