Wizkid Announces 2023 Tour With Davido

The Essence singer has announced an essence tour with Davido, two Nigerian powerhouse singers hitting the bricks together. Finally Wizkid and Davido tour on the way, Wiz confirmed on his Instagram.

Wizkid took to his 16M followers on Instagram and shared one of the best 2023 news in the Nigerian music industry on his Instagram story. That was today 18th of 2023 he posted it on his Gram account.

“After my MLLE tour!! Davido and I going on tour! Save your coins! I no one hear pim!!” he shared.

Although Davido Instagram or Twitter account will soon have something to do with Wizkid recent. But as for now, 001 has been keeping a relatively low profile since the loss of his son Ifeanyi.

But first, Wizkid will launch his own “More Love, Less Ego” tour. The North American arena trek, which comes in support of his latest album, kicks off March 3 in Houston and wraps April 7 in Los Angeles.

This is just simple respect that Nigerians and the world of music have appreciated already. Not the first Wizkid showing love much love towards Davido who happened to be a notorious rival to Wizkid, fans claimed. Sure, we haven’t seen them in notable collaborations.

This is not the first time there have been rumblings of a tour. Back in 2020, Davido teased a joint tour with the “Essence” singer.
