Lil Wayne teases Carter VI
It’s not too long the Young Money boss and radio host,Lil Wayne released a new version of his Freezy weezy album. He also dropped glory video to celebrate his Freezy weezy album which was released in 2015. The album is now available in all platforms.
In an interview with Variety, the New Orleans native was asked his best album and he gave hints on the Carter VI.“I ask every Lil Wayne fan this question and curious to hear your thoughts: what’s your favorite Carter?” asked the reporter. Weezy responded by teasing Tha Carter VI: “My favorite Carter album is the next one.”
Lil Wayne has made more success with his previous projects and they all had good numbers. The Carter V was released in 2018,the project debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 480,000 units, earning the second-largest streaming week for an album of all time.
The rapper also talked about his Young money radio, which has many stars guested on it.He talked about his interest on taking the platform to even more greater heights, showing his devotion to the platform.
“I’d love to take YM Radio as far as it can possibly go because I truly didn’t expect it to be so satisfying for the consumer and that’s always first,” said Wayne. “I damn sure didn’t think I’d enjoy the whole hosting thing but I’m having a blast with it.”
Recently, young money radio has an interview with the hip-hop tycoon,50 cent. On the interview,50 praised Eminem and Calls Nicki Minaj an alpha female rapper.
