DJ Khaled “The We The Best” former Florida mansion, complete with an epic sneaker room, sold for $16.4 million.
With his renowned sneaker room included, DJ Khaled former South Florida mansion is up for sale for just less than $17 million.
The We The Best founder’s former residence, which is advertised for $16.39 million, has a special room that originally housed over 500 pairs of his sneakers in addition to 14-karat gold chandeliers with Swarovski crystals.
Many of Khaled’s trademarks are still there on the property even though he hasn’t owned it for a while, including his We The Best logo that is located on the floor of his 1,000 square foot sneaker room.
The singer of the smash song “God Did” paid little under $4 million for the property in 2015, and he later invested $2.5 million to customize it to his tastes. At this point, Khaled set up a movie theater and a shoe room.
The seaside home also has a wine room, five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a chef’s kitchen.
DJ Khaled considerably upgraded his property in 2018, investing $25 million in a home on Miami Beach.
Additionally, he paid $10 million for Robbie Williams’ Los Angeles property, which included a recording studio the British pop singer had constructed.
Khaled has acknowledged that, despite spending a lot of money on real estate, he almost lost his house due to some poor investment decisions.
“It seems like I had a month to find this significant sum of money.” I could not stop saying, “There is no way that we have worked this hard this far and have nothing to show for it.” He stated, “I changed that right away,” in a Rolling Stone interview.
