Dr Dre Tells Marjorie Taylor “Still D.R.E.” Is Not For Hateful People

What really happened to Dr Dre and Marjorie Taylor Greene? Well, Dr Dre doesn’t appreciate it seeing Marjorie Taylor Greene making use of his legacy. Most recently, the controversial woman got a letter from Dr Dre’s attorney because she used the 2001 song Still D.R.E to promote her interest.
The letter sent to Marjorie Taylor Greene from Dr Dre through his attorney simply implies that Taylor is not entitled to make use of his song. Especially for hateful political agenda. Dre is blaming all the Tylor representatives and to be specific, he doesn’t like Marjorie and she making use of his song during an event is trouble she’s looking. That was the letter Dr. Dre’s attorney, Howard E. King sent to Marjorie Taylor as cases and desist action. Marjorie used Dr Dre’s instrumental song “Still D.R.E.” to celebrate Kevin McCarthy’s election as speaker of the House. she also posted it on Twitter but deleted it after the cases and desist action. In the post’s caption, she said “It’s Time To Begin and they can’t stop what is coming.”
However, Marjorie has also confirmed that she won’t use Dr Dre’s songs or any of his property that has to do with songs or something else. Although she didn’t land properly with her comment that came in response to Dr Dre’s action. She condemned the song as violence against women and police officers. She called it Thug life and drugs.
“While I appreciate the creative chord progression, I would never play your words of violence against women and police officers, and your glorification of the thug life and drugs,” she said.
Dr Dre and Marjorie Taylor have gotten their first encounter in 2023. Although Dr Dre is trying to protect her legacy against wrongful use. Mainly, why Dr Dre attacked Marjorie Taylor is because she used his song without permission which is against music industry policy.
