The families lawyer made it open on Thursday after the victim passed away due to critical injuries from the stampede.

The ninth victim was Bharti Shahani who died on Wednesday. Report from the families lawyer causes for an investigation but no fault has been assigned to anyone. “This is not just about making sure we get justice for these people who have been severely injured, It is also about making sure that Live Nation and all of the organizers, promoters and anybody else who had anything to do with the failure here that caused people to lose their children…Families lost their high school children, their college children. People were injured greatly and nobody should ever die from going to a concert. So, this lawsuit is not just about getting justice for them but it’s about making sure that the promoters and organizers know that you can not allow this to ever happen in the future. Even if you have to immediately stop the concert.” He said.

This was not the only report of casualty, we also lost a 10-year-old lad as he was attacked by fans after Travis Scott accused him of stealing his shoe. He asked his fans to fuck his ass up. Fans on Twitter said he needed justice although Travis Scott has issued an apology. Watch related posts and tweets about the event from social media compiled by the AllHipHop team.
