At least the glob has added new recognition to it’s catalogs of prestigious Hip-Hop and pop star big names. Nigeria music industry have became avenue of powerhouse talents and world is more frequently to listen some classic vibes from Nigeria.


Burna Boy 2019 breakout is quiet electrifying. He has storm great accolades following the wake of his Fourth full length album titled African Giant. The album official dropped this year being 2019, securing fortunes both for him and also adding some energy to Nigeria music industry.




African Giant welcomed 19 tracks serving as tracklist. It featured traditional and landmark artists like Jorja Smith, Future, YG, M.anifest, Jeremih, Serani, Damien Marley, Zlatan and Angelique Kidjo which turned the album quantity into quality since there’s several solid appearance giving it a worth.

Later this year, Burna Boy was able to secure nomination on 2019 Grammy awards. He was the first Nigeria artist who co-lead in the award were he use African Giant to springboard his success globally and rise to more fame. The album released on Friday 26th July 2019. It’s the follow-up to his third studio album ‘Outside’, which he released back in 2018.

L.I.F.E (Leaving an Impact for Eternity), which dropped in 2013 and peaked at No.7 on Billboard‘s Reggae Albums chart. Despite his African Giant leaving historical abundance to the rapper, his third studio album which was released in 2018 called Outside is also this notable manifesto

Burna Boy also Won ‘Best African Act’ at the MTV Europe Awards of 2019. He beat out the likes of Nasty C, Teni the Entertainer, Togo’s TooFan, Harmonize and Prince Kaybee to earn the award. Last year, it went to fellow Nigerian artist Tiwa Savage, who was the first female act to win the award. This marks the fourth year in a row that a Nigerian artist has claimed the title.

Without further description of Burna Boy whose real name is Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, next year is another moment plans doing more with his career.
