Drake Sued For Over Stealing 'In My Feelings & Nice For What' Sample

Oh Drake might face plight. Drizzy is little bit off from social brawl, publicity or some odds. After he gave us Scorpion album, OVO made appearance with Rick Ross, with two songs which one of them is Money In The Grave.

Drake is under investigation conduct, should i say that ? Yeah, he might face legal action over Nice For What and In My Feelings song. Those songs made headlines, streak on Billboard, put him on a spot as well earned him accolades and acclaims of course both songs stems from his Scorpion project ?

TMZ told Amahiphop following report that might explode as a matter of stealing sample. A producer whose name is  Samuel Nicholas III, but you can also call him Sam Skully, thinks Drake took the wrong part and has filed a lawsuit against both Drake and Big Freedia for allegedly sampling Skully’s music for “In My Feelings.”

Drake is getting harm for sampling Skully’s beat in Nice For What song, and all this has to do with not have permission over the beat yet Drake moved on got things done for his NFW single.

According to court documents Drake sample Skully’s beat without seeking permission and that’s who he got sued. The sued also claims the sample is little portion of Skully’s Roll Call. XXLMAG told Amahiphop, Skully claims that he dropped the song on a CD in New Orleans back in 2000, and didn’t realize his music was stolen until he heard both “In My Feelings” and “Nice for What.”

Skully has shelved plans to put justice over damages both Drake and Big Freedia has caused him and he also plans stretching his aim on some record  labels. Roll Call, a single we haven’t head still sealed as for now
