Though he is a successful businessman. A rapper-business man or an entrepreneur who has honed his focus in so many ways of making money. Getting a Jay-Z verse could cost you a huge amount of money. But the hip-hop sensation looks like out of the rap game. However, the truth Hov remains he’s all ready to assist any rapper via collaboration but on most reasons.
Jay-Z had an interview with Kevin Hart where he talked about his career and although cleared he hasn’t retired. The Kelvin Hart’s Peacock talk show unwrapped what is mostly not known to many. Like Jay-Z no longer charges for verse. He can do it for free. But don’t it twisted, because admitted that he is still very selective about who he collaborates with.
Meanwhile, if you are a very good dude to the first Billionaire rapper then you can always work with him without paying any dim sum of money.
“It’s mostly [based on] relationships,” Jay said. “It’s actually always been mostly relationships. Sometimes it’s talent and sometimes someone asks me to be on something. Pretty much every song that I’m on I’m asked to be on. I don’t ask people to be on their songs. I never charge.” Watch the interview below.

Jay-Z verse is now free of Charge with terms and conditions. Some rappers charge for collaboration. Both Nicki Minaj, Kendrick Lamar, 21 Savage, Lil Baby and more can pull out figures from your bank account. Getting an artist on a verse will definitely cost a lot of money this difference between studio expenses.
