Doja Cat Releases Music Video for Latest Song ‘Vegas’: Watch
Doja Cat’s new music video Vegas is the latest visual from her. She keeps on getting busier and has cancelled her tour with The Weeknd, After Hours Till Dawn. But she never slows down for any other reason. Doja Cat Vegas video is the latest video so far from her.
Although this song is not noting that she is working on a new album but it a new music song from the soundtrack to the upcoming Baz Luhrmann Elvis biopic. It interpolates Big Mama Thornton’s 1952 rock and roll song ‘Hound Dog’. The video catches the vibe of the song pretty well with Doja stealing the limelight with her screen presence.
The movie, which stars Austin Butler as Elvis and Tom Hanks as the late rock icon’s controversial manager, Colonel Tom Parker, will open in theaters on June 24. Watch Doja Cat Vegas video below.
As of right now, Doja Cat is the top nominee for the 2022 BET Awards, with six nods. Doja is nominated for best female R&B/pop artist, best female hip hop artist, album of the year for Planet Her, BET Her for “Woman,” and two awards — video of the year and best collaboration — for “Kiss Me More,” featuring SZA. Doja Cat is this year’s only artist, male or female, to be nominated in both R&B/pop and hip hop categories, a clear sign of her broad-based appeal.
In other news, Doja Cat also joined Post Malone’s 2022 latest album Twelve Carat Toothache. The album also featured not Doja Cat, but The Weeknd, Gunna and more were contributors to Post Malone’s Twelve Carat Toothache album.
