Everyone needs something to show for their hard work and outstanding performance in their field, that’s why we have award shows. The 16th annual BET hip-hop award was held on Tuesday and artist graced the stage to acknowledge their awards and made exotic performance. This year’s award show was hosted by Karlous Miller, DC Young Fly and Chico Bean who acknowledge the performance of nominees.

So far, artist like Tyler the creator won in two categories for “album of the year” and “best performance”. Cardi b and Megan thee stallion had the most nominations winning three awards for their smash hit WAP. They were presented with awards for the categories of song of the year, best hip-hop video and best collaboration.

Other artist who won other awards are Tyler, the Creator for the Rock the Bells Cultural Influence award. Jay z won the award for the best impact track, “what it feels like” ft Nipsey Hussel. Female MC, Saweetie won award for hustler of the year. Check below for list:
