50 Cent Reveals that he Regrets Asking Vivica A.Fox Out
In a really funny Instagram post on Sunday (March 24), the 50 Cent shared an old footage of himself winning the Best New Artist award at the 2003 BET Awards, during which he made a move Vivica A.Fox who was in the crowd.
“I’m glad to be here with all of these wonderful folks… “I want to thank Vivica Fox for wearing that dress as well,” 50 Cent said as he was eliciting a flattering response from the actress.
Revisiting the provocative moment over 20 years later, 50 Cent accepted he regrets he had kept his mouth shut considering his difficult connection with Fox since then.
“I look back on some of the shit that I did, and I gotta learn to shut the fvck up,” 50 Cent also said in the post. “face at that face at the end. That’s trouble. [grinning face emoji] “WTF.”
Following some reports, Cent and Vivica A. Fox stayed in a relationship for a few months in 2003 before parting ways, meanwhile no one can actually tell what caused their break that time.
The two have now spoken out in public about one other, with Fox earlier slamming 50 cent for perpetuating the “angry Black woman” image.
“He just has such fuckboy tendencies,” Vivica A.Fox on FOX Soul’s Cocktails With Queens. “When I read that, I thought, ‘Really?’ You’d say that because you don’t want anyone to question or confront you. You want someone to sit over there and be a nice little dog that you can pay for. You can’t handle a Black woman, right?”
