Nipsey Hussle was shot last month and his celebration of  life was celebrated this month. During all this plight, the rapper is been mourned by millions across the glob. When he was gun down on March 31 in Los Angeles, there was also a man who fall a victim with the dead rapper but the man was taken to hospital as well jailed.

The has been released but still on drugs in his home. After a dispute, a neighborhood gangbanger named Eric Holder allegedly shot and killed Nipsey, while seriously wounding Kerry Lathan.

Lathan, 56, had served almost a decade in prison for murder and had run into the rap superstar by chance, who was planning to give the recently freed man some free clothing.

But Lathan was seriously wounded instead, as Holder blasted Nipsey Hussle six times.

Following the recent report, Kerry Lathan was struck in the spine and paralyzed in the shooting.

His probation officers decided Lathan had violated the terms of his release for associating with Nipsey, who was a known member of the Rollin 60’s Crips.

After public outcry, Kerry Lathan has officially been released from the Men’s Central Jail in downtown Los Angeles, but he is currently still in the complex receiving medical treatment for a bullet wound to the back.
