Diddy has really  done well for himself on his music career  and the evidence of all achievement  and impacts  in the hip hop music  has made him a nominee for the upcoming Global Icon Award at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards.

The Global Icon Avard which will hold at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey on September 12, will be where Fiddy will receive one of the greatest  awards  in the hip hop industry.

Artist like Puff and Snoop Dogg are also going  to perform at the MTV stage that not, meanwhile  this is going  to be Puff’s first performance  on tbat stage  after his 2005 performance  which he used to honour  the late B.I.G

Meanwhile. The Bad Boy also has other nominations  from four different categories which include “Best Hip Hop Song for “Gotta Move On (Queens Remix)” with Bryson Tiller, Ashanti and Yung Miami, and Best R&B Song for his appearance on Metro Boomin’s “Creepin’ (Remix),” which also features The Weeknd and 21 Savage.”

This a very big win for Diddy and an encouragement  for him to do more with his music career, some reports  also has it that Lil Wayne and Doja Cat are also going  to perform  on that night.

Diddy has been so conscious  of how he handles  thing around him, the rap mogul recently made headlines after he returned the lucrative publishing rights to former artists such as Ma$e, The LOX, Faith Evans, 112 and the estate of Biggie.

Despite  the amount  of money that they offered to him for the catalog, but he saw the need to to the right thing by returning  the catalog back to the artist just to supply  and enrich this artists, and now is hos turn which is a Global Icon Award.
